Voice memo to Calendar

I think it would be cool to record a memo (like when driving) and it goes on the calendar and then you can tick for it to remind you at a specific time.
I think this would be quicker than typing in your appointments and reminders.
While at the lights you could just record something and press a few buttons.
Is there something like this for Iphone?
If not I think its a good idea,what do you think.

Hey looks good and I will try it out but I like to use the calendar and was hoping to integrate with this somehow.
