Playlist Editor (On the fly!)

Hey everybody,

Looking out for a playlist editor, so you can create-edit or delete your playlists on the fly without itunes.

Very annoying (Esp. on ipod touch) that you can't save your playlists, and the on the go playlist always gets resetted once in a while.

Would it be hard for someone to make a app that edits playlists or makes new ones, without the interference of itunes?
