Adjustable back-light time for lock screen

I don't know about anyone else, but I enjoy looking at my Rihanna wallpaper on the lock screen from time to time. Someone should come up with an app that allows you to change the light time on lock screen (other the "20 second lock screen") and add a feature that allows the screen to stay lit while charging, dimmed of course.

I am going to bump this becuase I run into the problem with QuickSMS on the lock screen that the screen turns off too quick

20 seconds is better than 5, but I could really use a little more time to compose a text on the lockscreen with ireal. a settings toggle of 5/20/45/1 min would be fantastic.

Anyone know where 20 second lockscreen installs to? maybe some code tinkering can extend the lock time...

There is something on cydia like this called 60sec lockscreen all you have to do is edit that to increase the time limit
