Real sms!

Real working sms would be great, nothing like swirly mms, where u dont need to call AT&T and all that junk, like when swirlymms first came out, eveything worked, no need to call AT&T.

anyone know where i can find, or want to make that for me?

Your request is really confusing. Do you want a SMS program or a MMS program?

And someone can correct me if im wrong. But i dont remember swirlymms ever working without having to call ATT? ive had mine sense they first came out and jailbroke it as soon as i found out about jailbreaking.

The reason you have to call att has nothing to do with the program, but the fact that when you switch to an iphone plan, it shuts off a certain service that allows for mms.

I read another post on here that you have to call att and have push something (sorry cant remember exactly what it was called) enabled on your plan.

As for SMS, i tried MySMS and iRealSMS. I personally i love iRealSMS. You still cant send mms from this but you can do everything else you would need with a sms program. as well as having the handy landscape keyboard

my bad, actually i ment mms, but for some reason swirlymms never works for me? even when i do the settings wizard, ive tried all of them for AT&T and none worked

The swirlymms app works great.. it doesn't matter what other app comes out... it won't be able to magically bypass the blocks AT&T has on their system.

I remember wayyyyy back when, I set up swirly mms and it worked, no need to call or anything.. it just worked... but now that ATT has those stupid blocks, everything.. doesn't work...

oh ok, well does anyone know what i should do to get swirly mms working it always sais something about the mmsc, even when i use the new Settings Wizard.

google is your friend....
if you have at&t its very hard to get working and, in my opinion, not worth it.
