developers of the iphone World...can you create it??

There is some Web Apps that can do things like this (and control itunes) on a Mac.

We need a native app that can control our computer for both Windows and OSX

i would think that if it had a web interface that was accessible outside of the network, you should be able to pull it up on the iphone

Try using Orb (orb.com)... I used this on my PPC device, have yet to test it on the iPhone... but worth the shot.
