Memory RAM Booster for iPhone?

I was wondering if it was possible to boost the iphone memory with its harddrive space? similar to window vista's memory booster thing... I think this should be a good app because now with winterboard running, ssh, edge, 3g, wifi, bluetooth, and needless to say intelliscreen running all simulatiously... it the iphone lagssss A LOT. so i was wondering if it was possible to boost the memory.

What I like doing is using SBSettings to kick my iPod Touch into Safe Mode. It isn't what you describe but it shuts off winterboard and other dylibs so it frees some RAM up. Helpful for playing Brothers In Arms or Hero of Sparta.

P.S. Intelliscreen tends to make your device lag this may be a source of error.

The new version of SB Settings has a RAM meter and you can install a "process" toggle to kill unnecessary things running in the background. The things that slow down the phone are not Mobile Substrate plug-ins like winterboard but background daemons like vWallpaper or animated wallpaper, intelliscreen, widgets. These things actually take up CPU cycles ALL the time.
