week view for calendar

Hello, is there any app, that brings a week view of the calendar?
There is a very ggod looking app, called sai suke in the appstore.
Unfortunately it cannot use the apple-calendar. Due to apples regulations...
Something like this would be great. (Besides the fact that sai sukes month view is very good, too)

myWeek is okay but very slow. I am looking for a good one too.

would be nice to actually see an app do this...
I tried Myweek, but imo it's to slow, to expensive, and has to many functions for my needs.
Seems to be hard to make an app that adds week numbers to the calendar
