App has messed up my status bar.

One of the apps used to set fake carier name and time has messed up my phoe.
Im now stuck with a fake carier no time and a string of text which says Enter Text Here.
How can I revert to stock.
I did uninstall the app but it didnt help. Which is very sloppy on the cevelopers part for not restoring to stock on uninstall. And no I did not delete any backup files from my phones.

Try installing the app back and revert the changes you made and then uninstall the app again. I know this solves the stuck on the battery percentage even if you uninstall.
