Contact info notification on lock screen

If you have your phone password-protected, you know that it is near impossible to get into the phone. Imagine you lose your phone on a train or something. The individual who finds your phone won't know how to get it back to you. If there were an application to slap a Contact Info popup with your home phone number on the lock screen, you wouldn't have to worry (unless the individual wants an iPhone for Chistmas =D).

yeah its in the appstore as a matter of fact. just search "wallpaper" and youll find it. there are a few. what it does is takes your wallpaper and puts a "stamp" on it so to speak. then when your phone is on the lock screen, it shows your wallpaper and the stamp with your info on it.
