The "Radio" Game

Me and my friends play this when driving around, changing the station. The first one to say the artist's name of the song gets a point. I was wondering if anyone could create an app (or if there is already one out there) that allows you to skip to the next song but already have it playing halfway through. I've got no clue in programming at all but something like this shouldn't be that hard, right?

There was an app a while back on installer... can't remember the name..

there was a game like this on the ipod mini but it uses your own songs, its pretty old though havent heard of an app.
