    Default Recording phone conversations!!!

*** I do NOT want this to descend into a pointless and unhelpful debate about whether such a thing is legal, as it has done on almost every other thread on every other forum on the topic. It's legal where I am and that's all that matters. If not, simply get consent before doing so. End of any legal discussion hopefully. Thanks. ***

I believe there is no app to be able to record both parts of a phone conversation on the iPhone.

This would be a massive app for me and I'm sure for many others. Surely it can't be too difficult on a JB phone as I believe the SDK doesn't allow another app to run during a phonecall.

Any in progress or already out there?

    Anyone else interested?

I also would be very interested in an application such as this and am also NOT interested in the legal / illegal discussions. Keep it to yourselves.

As much as I would like this app, I really hate your thread title.

It is very misleading, why can't people make descriptive thread titles instead of misleading ones.

Sorry dude not my intention to be misleading!

I'm new here and seeing as it's the "3rd party app request" section I thought title should signify what 3rd party application we're requesting. Apologies, I'm not aure how this forum works!

Any ideas how to alter the title? I tried editing it but no joy, it only lets me edit the body of the message.

iVoice has been "In Development" for the past 3 months now. it would be awesome if this app was made but after tons of researching of my own, i heard that it is VERY difficult to crack the mobile phone and it hasnt been cracked yet. How difficult is real time recording? this has to be done.

Ya, this would be a great app, but as iphoneaholic mentioned, no one has really figured out how to run 3rd party apps while the phone is in use. And because the iphone has such little ram, this might be a difficult task. But hopedully ixtension will come through soon.
