SMS Speed Dial App: One touch icon to SMS someone specific

really wish someone would develop a program that creates a one touch SMS shortcut. i text my gf ALOT, and instead of clicking on SMS icon, then on + and her (or on a past message then text bar)....

would be nice if we could have an icon that we click on homescreen and be directed to a text window with the contact already in the "to" line and cursor ready for me to start typing just start typing

is this something hard to develop?

what would be nice is if in favs they have a toggle to switch between sms and call, so when you toggle it to sms and click fav names, they automatically send to sms. This will help ppl who sms a lot or make double click on a name sms and single click call.
