iSMS - How do i install this?!

^^ developers site.. but i have no idea on how to install this onto my iphone

i downloaded the files

# isms-1.0-rc1.pxl
# isms-1.0-rc1.zip

inside the zip file were three folders, app, springboard and pxl

ibrickir doesnt want to work with me, it just loops round.. says install the PXL, then restart the iphone done that, then it installs more files, says restart phone, done again but then it just loops back to the first stage :@.. any help?
