There may already be one.. but, i'd love an app that would display the weather forecast and temperature on the lock screen. I know intelliscreen does it.. but, don't need all of the other features.. and don't wanna pay for a subscription.

Download WBapp through Cydia, it lets you set a weather widget to the lockscreen.
