does this 3rd app already out there?ive heard of it on the 1.ox firmware...id really like this be on winterboard =D...any know anything about it?

No, early versions of Summerboard did this....but thats been over for awhile.

Since Apple added the multiple page support it hasnt been done.

Categories still uses the vertical scrolling, you could put all your apps in a category and access them that way.

i do believe chefanim's solution would be the best. Categories now supports theming as well so it will look nice too.
