An unanswered Question!!
Well since this is the first thread of a 3rd party app devolpment Forum, I would like to ask all of thoose programers out there What programs are used for making 3rd party apps, both Windows and Mac. Also are there any tutorials out there if so pleas respnd so that every one can atleast try to program.

You're gonna have to do a LOT of learning. There are no specific apps for building iPhone apps, but you can Google for Objective-C programming tutorials. You will definitely have to have some previous programming experience, if you've never coded before, its like learning a whole new language.
If you'd like to create web apps, you can do so in AJAX.
