Caller-Ring Trax

I was wondering if anyone could make this application for iphone.
it's basically a ringtone that callers hear when they call your phone(It's called Caller Ring Trax in rogers and fido).
Incoming miniutes may be charged possibly but some people including me have free incoming calls which might be a benifit.

Yeah the term I've heard is "callback." A lot of people find it annoying but my cousin gets a lot of calls from people he barely knows because of his ringback lol.

I beleive those are set on the carriers servers.. Not locally on the devices.

Ride is correct. It's all on the carriers side. BUUUUUT, as I've seen in the last year with the iPhone is that anything is possible. So leave a tooth under your pillow and maybe the toothfairy will give word to the hackers. LOL, I don't see how people pay 3 to 5 dollars for a ringtone that you personally never get to hear unless you call yourself.
