    Default Possible Solution
I use a small program called iPhone Notes which you can get free here basically open your notes up on Outlook and cut and paste to iphone Notes then hit the sync button and your notes will appear on your Notes Application on your iPhone. It is a really simple yet brilliant application.

PC Requirements - .NET Framework 2.0
iPhone requiremments - Jailbroken - The iPhone must be running OpenSSH and have BSD Subsystem installed.

    Hope this helps you out

    Regards

    If you're using Cydia...
Open it, go into Manage at the bottom, and then Packages.
If you have each of these, they'll show up in that list. If not, head over to Search (at the bottom of the screen) and see if you can find them.

    On Installer, I haven't a clue.
