PDF Viewer with bookmarks

I need some sane way to view my pdfs on my iPhone. All of my books are 400+ page O'Reilly books. Starting on page 1 and scrolling down 400 pages to get to the one page I want is not really an option. It would be awesome if I could just type in the page # I want. Honestly, I would even go for a bookmark option. That way I could scroll halfway through the book and bookmark it so I have a shortcut to get through 200 pages or so.
