If your making this app, I'm assuming you will make it so that you can edit the ID3 tags, put your song in a playlist, &c of Safari download songs all from the iPod? If not, this is a somewhat dumb idea. My friend Justin, who is on a small 20 day break from the Navy and is back home, has a JB iph3 3.1.2 and has limited access (if any) to computers, let alone iTunes . So he would definitly love such an app.
