onscreen keyboard

Would it be possible to create an onscreen keyboard that can be pulled up anytime? i was wondering this because i was recently informed that there is going to be an NXclient for safari, it would need to access the onscreen keyboard input info. thanks

I don't think that would be possible, because the keyboard plugin only activates when a text field is tapped.
