Default VOIP on the iPhone? Please?

I recently moved to Guam, where monthly service for the iphone is going to be ridiculous!

I would like to know if there is a program out there, either released or in the works, to use the iPhone as a VOIP handset? Right now, I'm basically just using it as a glorified iPod Touch.

I know we used to have FRING, but I have since upgraded to 2.1

I'm gonna look into TruPhone maybe... but probably wont get it if the ratings suck. I thought IM+ just contacted people with IM's... like, you could IM your contacts in skype, but I didn't think it handled actual talking and audio... gonna look into that too I guess

    UPDATE:
I see no support from IM+

TruPhone has bad ratings, and I must admit... their pricing is pretty high... Guess I'll just use my computer... gonna have to go buy a headset, I guess
