is there an app that could lock/sleep my iPhone using a app since when I try to lock my iPhone using the lock/sleep bottun it turns itself off within a couple minutes.

You could keep insomnia running. That would keep the phone running.

or. You can put the lock timer on 1 minute or install respring and respring it it will automatically lock as well
