How about a dimmer app...

Well ive noticed sometimes at night my phone is to bright. Theaters or driving. Its kind of a hassle to go into settings and dim it all the time. So i was thinking, what if there's a way to use the Volume buttons on the side as dimmers..? Like say the app makes it so when you double click and hold up or down it dims the phone or makes it brighter. Im not sure how hard it would be to make that. But i know it would be very useful and convenient. Any thoughts?

I don't think it's that hard to go to settings... but it would also be cool if you could control it with the volume-buttons. Don't know if it can be made thow

Yeah its not hard to go into settings. But i mean how much easier would it be with just a push of a button. Maybe if the phone responded faster i wouldn't mind. You push the setting button then wait like 3 seconds or so for it to open. It probably takes a total of 10 seconds to adjust the brightness... Everything kinda lags on this phone...

I dunno about anyone else, but I'm confused why you would want to be messing with a phone when you're driving or at the cinema
