[REQUEST]Proportion App

I am looking for a proportion app that does the job of what a proportion wheel would do. I am a graphic designer and it would be very useful to have this on my phone instead of using the wheel every time I need to make my thumbnails.. I did a search however I did not find anything. I would love to see this simple app released. Any help would be much appreciated
