Stop charging on comp!!!!

Hi guys i was wondering if u guys can make an app to stop the phone from charging while its plugged in to the pc! i hate it when it is half empty the bat and then i wanna sync and it charges it .... if it is at all possible ... please

Why are you worried about the battery charging? The lithium-ion battery the iPhone uses doesn't benefit from being fully discharged before recharging except perhaps in the initial use cycle. It doesn't suffer from so-called "memory effect."
