Español 1.1.3?

I tryed to use the iphone.frickr.es/index.xml source and translate my dad iPhone to Spanish but i couldnt
the app installs and reboot the springboard
but the phone is still in English

is there another way to translate 1.1.3 iPhone into Spanish?
