Help with calling abroad (calling cards)

ok so I use a service called RelianceIndiaCall, which is basically a calling card. they have this app for windows mobile and blackberry which recognizes that you are dialing an international number and starts up the program, cancels the call, calls their 1800-number and dials the international number that you attempted to call before automatically (touch-tone im guessing) they officially have not released an app for the iphone, but I was wondering if any of you talented people would be able to make an app like that...
