Utility for phone vibrate

Would it be nice to have an application that control the vibrate for reminders, miss calls, voicemail.

For example, this application would allows me to configure the following:
* How many times to remind you
* How long to remind you

What is it called? I only see the one that vibrates like crazy every 15 seconds or soo?? Annoying as hell! hehehe

Does this one not just vibrate, but let you set it to a sound and be able to change how long between reminders?? Thanks
