Hello everyone!
I want to hire a programmer/graphic designer, but this is my first time. The formalities aside I would like to get some feedback from developers on what they consider to be a good contract for developing a moderate application.

My time frame for the completion of the application is a month. If you were a potential candidate what would you like to see and what should I include in this contract?

1.)The completed development of the first version of the application
Qs: How much and in one way?
2.)Compensation of future upgrades and tweaks


I am bootstrapping with about $10K to get this project operational. With this budget what are my chances of success?

P.S. Two in one-programmer and graphic designer? Is this rare?
