I have a friend that uses Packet 8 Virtual Office at his office (VOIP phone system) and his voicemails get emailed to him as an au file. His old smartphone could open the files fine, but now on his 3G iphone, quicktime tries to open the file then says its unsupported.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
