Default an app to save icon positions

When I apply a theme in customize that doesnt have all app icons that I need, I re arrange so that all of the icon apps are on the first page, and when you scroll to another page you see the standard icons. Obviously different apps have different icons and I have to rearrange icons manually.

Id like to see either customize also saving icon positions when you make a back up, or an app that allows you to position apps, save and then restore them from your saved files in future.

I'm with you on this wish.
I'm using Heath's Blackberry theme atm, but when Android hits I'd like to try that one out too.
But say, I'd like to revert back to the BB theme, all my icon positions will be lossed and messed up. I'd have to add all those blanks again and rearrange all of it.
Not too much work, but still a bit of a hassle.

Get "wigglefree" on cydia. One of the best mods I've downloaded. When the icons "wiggle" they make the device slow down when moving icons. This stops the wiggle, making the transitions extremely smooth!

It doesn't solve your problem, but it minimized the work!
