Double Dock (a dock at the top of the screen too)
just as the title states... turn the top line of apps into a dock as well

Just take your wallpaper and photoshop a dock into the top of the screen

Nah, that way's lame. What he needs to do is just get a mirror, and tape it to the top of the phone, double dock and double icons. Result.
