I second this but tbh all I want is a big ON/OFF button for bluetooth cause I would prefer this to services

you could always download the "Services" app from the installer. That allows you to turn on and off a few different things. As for the Bluetooth app, that is more of a hardware issue, so as far as I know, an app would be pretty useless. Bluetooth functions are broken up into what are called profiles. Each profile has that capability of doing something else. Apple has not really thought that one out, which is why neither the iPhone or the computers have the A2DP profile, or in other words, stereo Bluetooth. You think they would have at least built that in...

Yeah, I'm really annoyed in the fact that I had purchased a bluetooth stereo headset to listen to music, then bought an iPhone and found out that it didn't have ad2p. Absolutely ridiculous.
