Restricted Apps?
Anyone know if we are able to or going to be able to add to this? Any third party apps in the works maybe?
I have photos and movies that I don't want all eyes to view.
Anyone else interested in something like this ( Add our own apps to lock)?Last edited by stadler; 08-05-2008 at 10:10 AM.

I requested something similar recently, but to no avail.
There is a proggie out there now called LockDown (on Cydia) which kind of does what you're looking for. But the app needs a lot of tuning. Everytime you want to unlock something your phone needs to Respring, which is a pain.
But check it out... it's the closest thing to what your looking for thus far.

Thanks Everyone. I noticed "Lockdown" on cydia a few hours after this post. It is buggy, but it does the job until the app is tweaked.
Buggy= When you lock mail, everytime you receive a new mail, the lockdown comes up and will not go away, you have to reboot (NOT GOOD). So you can not use this for live updating apps.
Oh well, hope the developer fixes this issue.
Thanks
