How do I disable the auto correct function on the new iPhone 3G? I already jailbroke it and have Cydia

i have no idea sorry. i know there WAS a file in installer called kb and it was soposed to stop it but it didnt work so idk what to say> sorry.

I used to have this feature on my phone when it was jailbroken 1.1.2.. Now that i restored to 2.0, i hate that auto correct!!

I am looking for a way to get rid of it as well! terrible autocorrect.

easy u have to have a program like iphone browser. Then go to system/text input/ and where it says text.en something just rename it the same but at the wnd just put disabled. I got rid of it

I found it! It works only for English language:
- Jailbreak your iPhone to 2.0.1 to get Installer 4
- Add this source: http://repo.neolinus.or/ispazio/
- Go to "Tweaks" category
- Install KB autocorretion
- DONE
It works
