Bluetooth ICON or Application

Can someone develop something similar to this http://www.5min.com/Video/How-To-Use...Switch-4523121 so that it easier for us to click once to turn on BT and once to turn off BT

Apparently it can be done with WIFI so I thought it could be done with Bluetooth as it would make it easier when in the car or traveling for easy access

here it is can anyone develop the same for BT

BTW if you all want the same there is a great app out there for WIFI too toggle

Put this in Sources
http://iphone.latte.ca

Go under Utilities and install WifiToggle

it works great
