Key and/or Event Logger

I'm not stingy with my phone, and I do let people borrow it every once in a while when the ask.

That being said it would be nice to know what they were doing with my phone as sometimes I have caught people looking thought my text messages, emails, or Safari history.

I'm not sure how hard this could be but I'm pretty sure it could be made to run in the background.
