I use offline web pages a lot, any chance of someone making a simple app where I can just copy all my html files over to a folder on the iphone and be able to view them and click on the links all locally? This would save me carrying around my Nokia 770.
I just found out that this exists, and has for a long time. The eBooks app (Books.app) available on installer is actually an (offline) HTML viewer. Just save your website (images and all, if you like) and transfer them to:
/var/root/Media/EBooks
There's also an app that will download HTML files directly into the eBooks directory for you from your iPhone. Unfortunately, it doesn't get images, just text. More info here:
