Password Protection for SMS messages
Is there any application that applies a password to protect SMS messages? In case the iphone is picked up and someone clicks on SMS they can read all your messages and some are private.
Does this exist?? Thanks.

There is a option in the settings menu on the iphone that can lock the whole iphone, you can protect everything from others.

Hmm, though locking the phone entirely is a good idea, I think an app like that would be cool.
I think there was an app that locked other apps. I believe it was called Lockdown or something.

About lockdown!!!
This is just my own research and my own experience but i downloaded LockDown through Cydia to lock my apps and it never worked. not only did it never work but it also locked my phone in safe mode or put it into an endless cycle of rebooting. this the latter consequence seems quite frequent with other users so i would not recommend LockDown to anyone right now. most had to restore to get their iPhone back to operational... i just booted into recovery then powered off, and ran the tethering for redsn0w then removed the app

Lock down work flawlessly, but you will have to JB your phone (Search youtube on how to Jailbreak)

iProtect offers a free 7 day trial. It worked perfectly, but I didn't buy it after reading online reviews. Unfortunately, most people that purchased it got scammed. I haven't tried Lockdown yet.
