I'm using intelliscreen, but unfortunately that app forbids me to use any of the theme apps like summerboard or customize

Is there a way to get a personalize theme to work together with intelliscreen.

I know kate does the 2 things but i was disappointed by their support so i uninstalled kate (they couldn't tell me which apps aren't compartible with kate...)
