just wondering if thers any good ones?

i like the iphone screen how apple wanted it to look like,( no scrolling) but i also like all the apps. right now i hid all the 3rd party apps and got ilauncher, and made the double tap on the home button to take me to the ilauncher.

the only thing is that it dosent look nice and its hard to use. i like how launcher looks like but it dosent show the installer icon.

is there an installer that accualy looks nice and isint hard to use?
maybe kindof like how the summerboard scrolling is but wih only 3rd, party apps?
