Cannot install dictionary from the installer

I tried to install a few dictionary from the installer of my iphone, but it doesn't work. I click the install button in the installer; I sucessed in down the file, but I can't find the icon in the summerboard.
Do I need to install certain file before I install the dictionary file?
Or are there certain procedureto be executed in order to make it work?

Did U install the "Wedict" app? thats the actual application to use the dictionary, maybe u d/l'ed a few books (i.e. Thesaurus,websters,jargon etc.) to actually use with the Wedict(app) and not the Wedict itself (if that makes any sense lol).

So in a nutshell try installing the Wedict app (if u havent already)

I installed both wedict and longman. I only have the wedict icon on the summerboard. When I type any word, it only give me not found. It seemed that wedict hasnot connected with longman.
