Iphonefilebrowser help Manually install apps

How do i manually install apps using iphonefilebrowser, such as solataire or isnake?

I don't know about iphonebrowser... I do this stuff the old school way... Through Terminal. But I would imagine you drag and drop the .app file(s) to the apps folder.

you can drag and drop the .app folder into /Applications, but then you must change the application file permissions on the phone.

You can use MobileFinder, Squid or Terminal on the phone, or WinSCP from Windows.
