You own a website which you wanna view using ftp?
Why do you want to view it using ftp? If you have your website online you can just use Safari.

Or do you mean something else?

Ok the FTP site i want to view is a broken down in to directories. On my laptop i have File Explorer open it up and you can see thumbnail preview of pictures, you can see all the different directories. I can not get Safari to even reconize the log in for an FTP site. So what i'm looking for is a file explorer for the iphone that will work with FTP sites. does that make anymore sense?
