horizontal SMS?

hey guys i was wondering is there any sms app that allows you to use the landscape mode to text? if there isnt, someone should make one! i would love to be a tester.

it is ridiculous because its never going to happen unless the screen gets bigger. when you text you see the sms bubbles above and the keyboard takes up bout a 4th of the screen but in landscape mode, like the internet, the keyboard takes up a little bit more that 1/2 the screen and to do this in sms, they bubbles would need to be resized and moved around. texting isnt really that bad or "omfg, my fingers are too big and i cant text stupid steve i need a horizontal screen to text"....no to dont just text, not that hard

not attacking anybody, just making more convo and voicing my opinion =D

dayum well i thought it was a sweet idea, and besides it would make sense to make it horizontal i dont understand how you could say the screen is too small, im saying its easier to text on the landscape version of the keyboard, and i know about 99.9 percent of people would agree to that. you can still read what the bubbles say without the keyboard up or you could turn the iphone so you could read it the other way

maybe someone one day will make it. There are many games that use the accelorometer, it shouldn't be too different. But I guess it isn't a "I'm dying w/o app" so ... 8-) .

Good point; however, I disagree that this will "never happen." There is, at the very least, enough room to see a line or two of text above the keyboard in landscape, enough to enable the typing of messages for texts (AND EMAILS FOR THAT MATTER, ARG!). A quick rotation back to portrait would allow one to read the texts above again. Someone needs to do this for email and txt.
