Right, US AT&T, OTB 1.1.2, Jailbroken, Activated & Using Turbo SIM, on O2 UK pay as you go

This app, everytime i lock it, it sends a text??? no idea where to but its costing me 10p each time i click the padlock (its send as it goes into the screen with just the phone icon). Also, After respringing again all my contacts have been deleted....WTF...thank god for Funambol lol

Whilst looking at the Hide.sh i cant see whats causing this, this is the ONLY new app i have installed today (for the week) so there is NO WAY its could be anything else.... so what the hell is going on with this???

I was really hopefull, this app is a really good idea, and the theory of it is awesome, unfortunately there are some bugs lol

@mkurasz: any ideas? personally i like the app, i wanna use it, but ive removed it off my phone coz of the problems.

make it a multi-use. like it's able to lock the phone with a alphabets and numbers only. have the program be able to identify other symbols that are not alphabets or numbers and have an error message pop up and say "Error: You may have inputted symbols from the iphone keyboard. We are unable to save your password. Please try again." I would be willing to help you design and give you ideas for this program if you would like my help. I just want to learn how to create programs for the iphone and i'm set to help. Don't worry, I'm a fast learner (;! PM me if you're interested in including me in this soon to be one-of-a-kind program.

Once again I am not responsible if ur brick ur phone be responsible and back up ur ****... I did this for a few people and it was rushed and like any other app be cautious i don't want cry baby's pming me or noobs nagging me about how to ssh into there phone thanks...

Anyway i have another app idea in the works StockPhone... Basically u hit the lock and ur phone returns to looking like a stock iphone with all ur personal info blank... I'll post it up when im done.....

Was that at me? believe me, i wasnt knocking your efforts, and of course i backed me stuff up lol - it only took like 30seconds to restore everything etc, but just thought you should know, as the developer, thats its happening!

Im no technophobe, ive done plenty of software modding from PSP's (before pandora's battery!) & xboxs (evo-x is cool - not a fan of XBMC360) & windows, etc, ive only just started on the iPhone stuff lol

So im no newbie in the technical sense, my only real failing is ive never coded for a mac/iphone but im now learning

Anyway, back on track, i think the app is really good, and kudos to you for making it, i just thought you should be aware of the bugs i encountered

pf sure but wait another day i wanna improve it... I really wanna make the phone look stock kinda like right out of the box, but when u click the stocks icon (since its probably the most unused) it will respring to ur personal phone and all custom apps...

i used to have an N95 which allowed you to seletively choose what you wanted to lock etc, i realise this sorta code may not be possible till apple release their sdk, but worth noting

Also, id love an app (similar to the "Voice Inbox" app for the N95) which will intercept the call after xxx seconds and play an answer phone greeting then record the message onto the phone (i realise AT&T etc does this, but on my US iPhone in the UK, it would be great)...

I used that all the time on my N95 coz im using pay as you go lol it saved me a fortune by being able to turn my voicemail off and using the app on the phone!

what if you put a button on the password screen between "Enter Passcode" and the number box that says "guest call." and when you hit that, it bypasses the code screen and loads either the stock springboard or just the phone icon with no recents or contacts. maybe that could be a choice in the app's preferences (assuming this gets the development it deserves).

guys i got the flu or something so i was kinda on the fritz but i will have something done soon... u can hid all ur porn, txt, vids, music w.e... No locks for specific apps but just a whole phone lock kinda...

tomer this isnt just locking ur phone, its so u can let someone use ur phone without them seeing personal info.. we all know we have that friend.. "let me check my myspace" or "can i call someone real quick" you can just click one icon and feel safe in knowing that all ur info is hidden and they can still see the iphone and use it...

if i had a dollar every time someone asked if they could check there myspace on my phone it would have payed for it self i mean come on wait till you get home or buy your own iphone lol
