Sorry, im too lazy too build an app for this(Im working on a game that is taking a lot of time). This list should work for you if you are in the 48 continental states. I haven't tested all of them.

In your internet settings put one of these in the proxy spot.

To use these, you need to configure a proxy on your desktop. The way to do this defers for different computers. The best way to do it using the newest version of IE is to click Settings/Internet Options/Connections/Settings/Proxy Server and use one of the above mentioned IP addresses.
With 20,000 views has this helped anyone? IF you still need help, we are considering making an app for Cydia. If we made an app, would you use it? What would you want it to have? Of course constantly updated proxies, but would you want anything special?

Is there any way to use applications like facebook , youtube , zynga poker( as facebook n youtube r blocked in china:-( ) on iphone??. Maybe some kind of app {like hotspot sheild} for iphone. If u can develope such kind of app on cydia i think alot of people gonna welcome it and use it:-) specially in china who got the world largest population

I would like to second Dufferdexter's opinion. Even I am in china, and few sites are blocked here. And some cydia app would really help us to access those sites.. By the way is there any way in which I can change some internet network settings on my iphone itself and access those sites.
Need help on how to access facebook, youtube on iphone in China. Are there any cydia apps or settings? I'm using Tor on my mac, can i share it's settings there thru wifi? Tried hotspotshield and its not working. Any ideas? Thanks! God Bless ♥
I'm not familiar with China's internet policies, and I don't really want to disappear in the middle of the night. Do proxy sites work over there?

You would have to route your connection through a server in the US. It will be slow but you can try
I was in Brazil last week. Didn't want to pay for the wifi at my hotel, so I hacked in. Little did I know, the hotel employs a very tech savvy IT guy. I was promptly booted off the network and charged for the time I had already used. So, I did what anybody else in my situation would do: I found some proxies. Cheers to my Brazilian mates.

Same question... I cant use my C.C because Im in Guatemala and my billing addy is in florida so Apple app store is rejecting my card.
If you are on Windows, click Settings/Internet Options/Connections/Settings/Proxy Server and use one of the above mentioned IP addresses. On Mac open Network Preferences and click on either AirPort or Ethernet depending on which one you use. Click on the Proxies tab and check the Web Proxy (HTTP) box. Enter one of the above mentioned IP addresses in the field. I love Guatemala; it's such a beautiful country. Where in Guat are you?
