iPhone icons arrangment

hi guys .this app I'm talking about is an app that already exists. I don't know its name and want you to help me. It makes the icons arranged so that instead of moving between pages from left to right you move from up to down.it makes the pages are arranged over each other not beside each other. I really appreciate it if someone help me with RHS app's name

catagories can do that but you haveto put your apps into a catagory and turn left-right scrolling off in the catagories settings menu

The only app that did this was summerboard but that was wayyyyy back in I think 1.0.2, I think your outta luck

you can definitely do it with categories. but, like he said, you need to put your apps into categories.
