Well people who have tried this know that there are two sources that will
give you access to the program that will translate the Iphone to spanish.
www.dev-iphone.com/index.xml or deviphone.t35.com/index.xml

They are both down now, so I wanted to know if anyone knows other sources that have this program or an alternative to this?

yeah. try Ask Velazquez.com: iPhone Beta - Spanish and English Language Resource
it's a 250,000 word Spanish-English English-Spanish dictionary made for the iphone web browser. I also know taht the company is working on a downloadable app for this as well.
